现为北京科技大学计算机与通信工程学院党委书记,计算机科学与技术系教授、博士生导师,曾任北京科技大学教务处处长。IEEE Senior Member。主要从事数据挖掘与机器学习等领域的理论研究及工业化应用工作。宝钢优秀教师奖获得者(2021年)。兼任中国自动化学会智能自动化专委会委员;中国人工智能学会智慧医疗专委员会副秘书长;中国人工智能学会认知系统与信息处理专委会委员;IEEE计算智能学会自适应动态规划与强化学习技术委员会委员;中国教育部高等学校计算机类教学指导委员会“计算机专业开放教育体系建设和教材建设专家委员会”委员、国家自然科学基金项目评审专家。入选美国斯坦福大学(Stanford University)发布的“2020全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单”。近年来主持国家自然科学基金(4项)、国家科技支撑计划子课题(1项),同时承担10余项校企合作项目。目前,已在IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics、IEEE Transactions on Image Processing、IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering等国际知名期刊和会议上发表学术论文170余篇,曾有11篇入选ESI高被引论文(Top 1% Highly Cited Paper),2篇论文入选ESI热点论文(Top 0.1% Highly Cited Paper)。曾获得2018年度北京市科学技术二等奖、2020年度中国图象图形学学会技术发明一等奖、2020年度中国煤炭工业协会科学技术二等奖、IEEE控制系统学会北京分会优秀青年论文奖、中国人工智能学会会刊《智能系统学报》优秀审稿人奖等多个奖项。主编的教材获批为国家级规划教材。主讲的课程获评为“北京高等学校优质本科课程(重点)”,并被评为“北京高等学校优秀专业课主讲教师”。入选2021年度高校计算机专业优秀教师奖励计划。
